Planning and Building Regulations

We are continually engaged in dealing with the planning and building regulation process across many different local authorities for all types of projects. We have experience in new housing, extensions, conservation areas and listed buildings.

Project Management and Cost Control

We always try to ensure all goes smoothly on-site and avoid problems before they arise by providing comprehensive information. We pride ourselves on the level of drawn detail we provide on all our projects to ensure building details are not left to chance when the project moves on to site.

Simplistic drag and drop repeat CAD drawing so prevalent today that merely satisfy the planning and building regulations rarely deal with the detail of construction to a particular project. We ensure this is not the case and that the client is not left to resolve the details on site with the building contractor costing time and money.
